By booking or using SunWave Transfers services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

Services

SunWave Transfers provides private transportation services including airport transfers, hotel transportation, excursions, and related travel services throughout the Dominican Republic.

Bookings & Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability.
• Customers must provide accurate pickup, destination, and contact information.
• Reservation confirmations are sent by email or WhatsApp.
• Incorrect booking information may affect service availability.

Payments

• Payments may be processed online or in cash when available.
• Prices are displayed in the applicable currency.
• Additional charges may apply for extra stops, waiting time, or route changes.
• All online payments are securely processed.

Cancellations & Refunds

• Customers may cancel according to the cancellation policy provided during booking.
• Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timing.
• No-shows may not qualify for refunds.
• SunWave Transfers reserves the right to cancel services due to emergencies, weather conditions, or operational reasons.

Customer Responsibilities

• Passengers must behave respectfully toward drivers and staff.
• Seat belts must be used when available.
• Customers are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Smoking, illegal substances, or dangerous behavior are prohibited inside vehicles.

Delays & Driver Responsibility

While we strive to provide punctual service, SunWave Transfers is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, airport delays, or circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

SunWave Transfers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Privacy

Customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and is used only for booking, communication, and service improvement purposes.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
